We believe that in its truest form, art has the power to heal, to uplift, and to change, and from the beginning, it has always been part of our mission to translate the transformative power of art into a tangible force for good in the world.

Typically, our Art Transcends program has been our pathway to doing so by donating 5% of our profit from all art sales to a wide variety of nonprofits and charitable organizations both locally and globally. It goes without saying that this past year has been singularly a-typical, so we decided it was time to change our tactics, too.

In March of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic gripped the United States and brought with it mass layoffs, evictions, and a devastating dearth of government support, we shifted the focus of our charitable efforts to the issue of hunger in America. Since then, we have been donating 10% of all of our profits to nationwide nonprofit Feeding America, and an organization supporting our two local food banks in San Miguel County, Colorado. We’ve even seen a number of our artists match our donations from their portion of the sale, and we feel incredibly fortunate to work with people who are generous as they are talented.

We are extremely lucky to have made it through this difficult year still standing when so many Americans are still fighting an uphill battle. If you find yourself in a similarly fortunate position and want to join us in giving back, you can click the link below to make your own private donation to Feeding America. Residents of San Miguel County who would like to help redistribute resources within our community can join us in giving to the Telluride and Norwood food banks through Angel Baskets.

We are grateful, as always, for your support. It has helped us pay forward our good fortune in a time when giving back is more crucial than ever.
